6.1 Refund Payment Requirements
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method or the bank account details provided by the Buyer. Spike Sneakers is not liable for delays or errors caused by incorrect bank details.

Refunds processed to the Buyer’s bank account may incur an administrative fee of upto 250 czk to cover processing costs.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days of return approval.

The Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items to Spike Sneakers.
7.2 No Liability for Lost Returns
Spike Sneakers is not liable for lost, damaged, or delayed returns. Buyers are encouraged to use a tracked and insured shipping method.

Under Czech and EU laws, Buyers have the right to return defective or misdescribed goods within the statutory warranty period.
